Shipping policy

Smaller made-to-order items typically ship within 5 business days. Larger made-to-order items typically ship within 10 business days. Ready-to-ship items will ship within 2 business days. Very large purchases or custom orders may take longer and the timeframe will be discussed with you upon order.

All items ship via USPS, unless otherwise discussed.

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, within 14 days of delivery, so that we can work together to resolve the issue.
